Hotel Reservation:
We have reserved single rooms at the Insel-Hotel (Willy-Mayer-Brücke, 74072 Heilbronn) from Sunday, May 31 to Wednesday, June 3, 2026. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station and the event venues.
Please let us know in the registration form which dates you would like us to make a binding hotel reservation. Please provide your billing address so that the hotel can issue you with a correct invoice upon your departure.
The price per room and night is €90. A Breakfast buffet is available for €23.50 per person.
The swimming pool, which overlooks the river and park, offers a counter-current system, a Finnish sauna and a steam bath. Use of the pool is included in the room price.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellation is free of charge until 12 noon two days before arrival. After that, the hotel reserves the right to charge 70% of the price of the first night incl. 0% VAT – in the event of a no-show, 90% of the price of the first night incl. 7% VAT.
